my recent stay at budget inn in memphis exceeded my expectations. for such a low price, i was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. the staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. no bugs, and a full cable tv made my stay enjoyable.

The room was impeccably clean, with fresh sheets and a nicely made bed. The bathroom was also spotless. The amenities, including the microwave and refrigerator, were in excellent working condition. We were pleased to find a large Phillips TV with Direct TV as the source. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
